Overview

Join our LATAM implementation team as we tackle our clients' business challenges and help them simplify their operations with our workforce management solutions! In addition, this is an exciting opportunity to help lead the existing Implementation team for coaching and guidance.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Act as the Primary Implementation Specialist on projects by leading efforts for configuration, validation, and integration
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and Reflexis teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Co-ordinate with functional consulting group to understand and demonstrate product capabilities to key client stakeholder teams
  • Provide viable, real-world solutions for client needs through Reflexis suite and advise client teams on options
  • Lead aspects of solution delivery related to configuration, validation and defect tracking & resolution.
  • Assist client project teams to configure and validate on the Reflexis products to enable successful business users
  • Establish a thorough understanding of one or more Reflexis products and all configurations and features (through on-boarding, training, and project work)
  • Identify risks and solutions to mitigate
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • Gain Subject Matter Expertise on all aspects of the application in order to help guide clients, as well as fellow Implementation Specialist teams
  • Act as Team Lead for the Implementation Specialist team for continuous training as well as providing recommended tools and process improvement for continual team growth

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • 7 year's experience working with multi-functional teams and technology product implementations
  • Prior Retail domain and labor model development experience is a plus
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish
  • Excellent at managing client relationships and resolve problems
  • Ability to adapt to new information and change approach to achieve objectives
  • Analytical thinking & problem-solving abilities
  • Organizational skills & ability to manage multiple simultaneous project timelines and requests
  • Excellent Verbal & written communication skills and ability to present complex technical solutions to client business users
  • Hands on experience with JIRA, Smartsheet, Outlook, Excel and Word tools.
    Clear and concise status reporting
  • Proven excellent consultative, listening, communication and collaboration skills
