  • Overview

    Global support of systems and processes used by Zebra and 3rd Party providers to Repair products. 


    • Participate with cross functional teams during various stages of system releases and enhancements.
    • Support end-to-end users with training and ongoing assistance.
    • Represent Repair Operations and interact with various teams within Managed and Support Services.
    • Review B2B error reports and make corrections to resolve basic issues. Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend solutions to more complex problems.
    • Propose resolutions for issues of limited scope to more senior level analysts and escalate complex issues.


    • Preferred Education:
      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
    • Preferred Work Experience (years):
      • 2-5 years
    • Key Skills and Competencies:
      • Prior experience in a Repair environment
      • Working knowledge of Siebel and Microsiga
      • Experience with OBIEE reporting
      • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
    • Resume should be in English

    • Candidate to be fluent in both Spanish and English
