  • Overview

    Customer onboarding team is responsible for commissioning onboarding for contractual customers. Team act as subject matter for commissioning, responding to internal and external inquiries, managing end to end commissioning process including new commissioning request, repairs, ad hoc issues, projects and global customers’ requirements.  Team acts as primary point of contact for commissioning related matters. 


    • Learns and applies knowledge of Zebra’s systems and processes
    • Coordinates onboarding of new commissioning customers, ensuring process adherence and customer satisfaction
    • Ensures commissioning process is followed
    • Acquires all customer requirements for new service set up
    • Provides end to end support for commissioning related matters
    • May coordinate with other internal departments regarding contract or repair related issues
    • Works with internal tracking tools as required
    • Provides reports and metrics as requested
    • Acts as a contact point for customers, repair depots and internal stakeholders


    • Fluent level of English (written and verbal) 
    • Microsoft business applications knowledge including Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Customer service values 
    • Solid professional work behaviors (attendance, teamwork, time management)
    • Strong communication skills (listening, providing clear and concise information, using proper language and grammar)
    • Attention to detail
    • Result driven approach
    • Ability to follow up
    • Customer service or project coordination experience is desired
